Sending more visitors to a confusing product page gives more people the same unanswered questions. Before paying to attract an audience, review what a new customer can understand without contacting you.
This is a practical review you can do with one product and one phone. It does not require redesigning your whole store.
Explain the purchase before the pitch
Start with the name of the product or service, the person it helps and what the buyer receives. A service needs a scope, not just a list of benefits. A physical product needs useful specifications and fulfilment information. A subscription needs an understandable billing interval.

Use images to answer questions
Show what is being purchased, how it is used and the details that are hard to explain in a paragraph. A founder portrait can introduce the people behind a business, but it cannot show the dimensions, finish or contents of a product. Keep those roles separate. Replace irrelevant repeated graphics with images that help someone make a decision.
Put charges beside the decision
Make the current price and available options easy to find. Explain recurring charges, setup charges and any delivery conditions that apply. If the final total depends on an option, let the customer see that total before committing. A crossed-out price or countdown should represent a genuine offer, not decoration.

Give the page a clear next step
Use “Choose options” when options are required and “Add to cart” when the item can be added directly. For a service that requires discussion, describe the consultation or enquiry step honestly. The label should tell the customer what the click does.
Walk the whole route on your phone
Choose a variation, review the cart and inspect the checkout before submitting anything. Check whether text is readable, controls are large enough to use and the same product information follows you through the journey. Keep a short list of unanswered questions and fix the most consequential one first.

Choose the next improvement your business needs
Influx Entrepreneur’s store brings its current products and services into one catalogue. Read each listing’s scope and options before ordering; a catalogue image is not a substitute for the product description.
